Truckscale

Our measurement facility can handle vessels up to 18 meters in length and 80 tons in weight.

Incinerator

Out of the many types of dust accumulated during the process,
nontoxic dust such as the wooden parts of cabins are burned in the large-sized incinerator on site

Oil tank

Tanks for bottom oil from ship-dismantling and waste oil have been installed.
They are designed according to fire laws, which secures safety.

Dismantling Yard

Safe working apace is secured by construc-Oil and fat spills can cause environmental we have designed our yard with concrete channeling grooves which are directy separation tanks to direct and contain waste process and avoid spillage into the ground.

Oil ＆ Water separation tank

We have installed an oil-water separation tanks directly connected to the dismantling yard and they collect the oil and fat which accumulate during the dismantling process.
Oil and water are separated in the separation tanks and tensferred to the storage tanks, afterwards are properly processed.

Shipment

We have developed a quick and safe shipment system by loading directly from the shipside which is attached to the dock.

Floating crane ＆ Carrying boats

By marine and land transportation, we offer our dismantling service over a wide area.
Landing work is operated safely and quickly with a marine crane.

Heavymachinery fordismantling＆shipment

The dismantling work is done by skilled operators.

Dismantling on the barge

Heavy machinery is directly put on a barge which is fixed by spots, and dismantling work is operated. （1,000 ton barge)
